The following general terms and conditions govern the use of the website of Culton-Ticket, Ines Wangemann, Peterssteinweg 9, 04107 Leipzig, Germany, as well as all resulting contractual relations with users and customers. Contracting parties

By purchasing tickets, a contractual relationship arises exclusively between the customer and the respective event organiser. Culton-Ticket brokers tickets solely on behalf and in the name of the event organiser and is commissioned by the customer to transact the sale including dispatch.

Conclusion of contract

The customer’s offer to conclude a contract arises upon their correctly inputting and sending their address and the timely receipt of payment by Culton Ticket. Culton-Ticket’s acceptance of this offer arises through the transmission of confirmation by e-mail. Orders for tickets are binding.

Prices and fees

The prices offered on the internet for tickets include advance booking fees and statutory value added tax. Shipping fees for tickets are charged at the rate of €5.10 for tickets with a value of up to €300 (recorded delivery – unsigned-for), €10 for tickets priced at €300–500 (express letter) and €13 for tickets exceeding €500 in value (insured carriage). No additional fees are charged if customers collect their tickets in person.

Payment

The entire price for the order including all fees shall be immediately payable in full upon the conclusion of contract (confirmation by e-mail).

Delivery

Tickets are delivered at the customer’s expense and risk. Tickets are usually sent within three days of payment being credited to Culton-Ticket’s account.

Returns

Tickets may only be refunded if the event is cancelled or postponed. In such cases, the customer return the tickets back to Culton-Ticket without delay, no later than 14 days after the original date of the event. Once the original tickets (not copies) have been received, we shall refund their full price but not the shipping fees. Refunds are not possible if tickets are lost.

Privacy policy

Personal data necessary for business purposes are processed, saved and used in accordance with the provisions of the German Data Protection Act and the relevant regional regulations in force.

Final provisions

Should parts of these terms and conditions be invalid, this shall have no impact on the validity of this contract or the remaining terms and conditions.
